  • Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high volume periods (holidays, new launches, etc.) processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience, amiga! 🌹

  • Domestic Shipping (US) We ship all US orders via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

  • ✨ Free shipping on all US orders over $75!

  • International Shipping We ship worldwide! 🌎 International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package International or Priority Mail International depending on weight. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Educated Chola is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

  • Estimated international delivery times:

    • Mexico & Latin America: 2–4 weeks

    • Canada: 2–3 weeks

    • Europe: 3–5 weeks

  • Combined Orders & Shipping Overages Shipping is automatically calculated based on the weight of each individual item in your order. Occasionally, combined orders may result in a slightly higher shipping rate than the actual cost. If your shipping charge seems off, reach out to us at educatedchola@gmail.com and we'll review it — if there was an overage of $3 or more we'll refund the difference. No stress, we got you! 🍃

  • Tracking Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages Educated Chola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by USPS. If you have an issue please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first!

  • Returns & Exchanges All sales are final. However if you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery at educatedchola@gmail.com with a photo and we'll make it right. 🌙
