Design Inspiration
Advice from my Madre: Respira Profundo, is what my mom says to help me deal when I am having an anxiety attack. I figured, we always need our mom, but sometimes she may be thousands of miles away, and we just need her to say these words. This was the case when I went away for undergrad and then grad school. I did A LOT of deep breathing. So take a breath and keep going, it will pass soon
